Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected jewellery items including Necklace, Bracelet, Pendants, and Earrings.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the nature of the request.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged jewellery received
  1. Once the returned jewellery is picked up and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, box, tags, and invoice must be intact.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Earrings may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective.
  • Minor variations in color, stone setting, polish, or design are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
